You've Got Questions?  We've Got Answers.

Q:  Is this legal?
A: Yes it is, 18 U.S.C. 331  allows us to make arts, crafts, or jewelry from minted coins.
Q: What if I don't know what size I need?
A: There are a few different options.  Stop into our shop and we will measure you.  If you're too far away, your local jeweler should be able to assist. Finally, we can send you a ring measurement sizer which you can buy from our online shop for $5.  If you purchase a ring, the cost of the sizer will be removed from your final purchase price.
Q: What if I order the wrong size?
A: We will make your ring the exact size you request.  If you receive the ring and want it changed, we will resize it once for no additional cost.  If you're local, just stop by the shop.  If you are not local, simply cover our cost to re-ship and we'll make the change and send it back to you.
Q:  If my ring starts to look worn or loses the antique patina, what can I do?
A:  For the life of the ring, simply cover our cost for shipping, send it back to us and we will re-polish or re-apply the antique patina free of charge and send it back to you.  If you are local, stop on in!
Q:  Will the ring turn my finger green?
A:  If you order a silver ring, it's very unlikely it will turn your finger green.  Rings made of non-precious metals such as copper or nickel may turn your finger green with extended wear.  There are clear coats we can apply to minimize the "green finger" effect.  Nonsilver rings will have the option to clear coat in the order menu.
Q:  Will you make a ring using my coin?  Is it cheaper?
A:  Yes we would, but we will need to see the coin first.  Our coins are hand-picked making sure all the appropriate details are perfect and will show up nicely through the forging process.  We need to make sure the coin you want to use is perfect for forging.  The cost will be the same.  Imagine wearing a ring made from a coin that belonged to your grandfather or great-grandfather!
Q:  Can you change the Date on the coin?
A:  No we can't.  We are using authentic coins minted from governments around the world.  We can only provide dates as produced by the countries that minted them.
Q:  I have an extremely rare coin, will you ring it for me?
A:  It is our personal choice NOT to alter an extremely rare coin therefore,  we typically won't ring a very rare coin. While many of the coins we ring are very old, they are not extremely rare.  We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Q:  Can I help you make the ring I ordered?
A:  Yes, that can be arranged!
Q:  Do you ever offer any discounts?
A:  We do.  First and foremost, we offer a 10% discount for all Military, Police, Fire, EMS and Public Safety Dispatchers.  Occasionally we offer a "show price" discount.  Reach out to us and we can share a code if one applies!
